Mr.J.G.J.Premathilaka started the Center of Management & Vocational Training the North western province in 2005.As a Diploma Holder of the Technical & vocational training institute,and the instructor of the youth council,He established this institute with propose of giving skillful Education to the students.Now this Institute has been serving 4 years successfully and hope to serve the nation in many ways.This Institute has wish to put step to future with success.
